About Us

Craig Road Pet Cemetery is an Endowment Care Maintained Cemetery. We have a total of 4 acres which we have figured on at least enough burial space for the next 75 years. Our cemetery is family owned and operated.

Here you will find complete services available for cremation, burial and entombment. We also have a large selection of caskets, urns and memorial markers in a wide range of sizes and styles. In addition we have a little chapel for those who would like a viewing and the chance to say farewell to a very special friend.

Throughout the 60’s and most of the 70’s Craig Road Pet Cemetery was known as Pet Ponderosa which was owned by Bunkers Memory Gardens. In 1979 the land was purchased and the name was changed to Craig Road Pet Cemetery by a husband and wife that had a vision about what was needed to honor our family pets. The cemetery was purchased once again by 2 loving families that have continued to make improvements to the property and equipment. Although our records start in 1979, we have internments that date back to the early 60’s. Since record keeping started in 1979, there have been over 6,700 burials of pets and humans. This includes from the smallest reptile to an elephant named Stony.

We are proud to serve our community and families and will continue to do so for many years to come.

Future Plans/Goals

Plans are being developed to extend the mausoleum for your above ground interments. We are also hopeful that in the near future we will be able to start developing the west side of the property.

What Our Customers Say:

My baby Kaylee was cremated at your place of rest on 8-29-19. I wanted to express my thank you for treating her so well. My heart was filled when I saw her, the beautiful ‘Rainbow Bridge’ poem and her hair and paw print… I was elated. You did a fabulous job of respecting our baby, Kaylee, of 15 years!! It was so classy and professional, I opened everything with calmness, but each time I would cry with happiness.

Much gratitude and respect!

Kaylee thanks you, as well, from Heaven.
